<p>This Privacy Statement Automotive Asia Limited governs the collection, use and other forms of processing of personal data by Automotive Asia Limited and each of its affiliates and its subsidiaries (“Audi Vietnam”) related to our services, our Audi Vietnam products and this website and shall act as a personal data processing notification of Audi Vietnam.</p>

<p class="sc-prQdK hEyVX">Audi Vietnam, with its head office registered at 6B Ton Duc Thang Street &nbsp;Ben Nghe Ward, District 1 &nbsp;Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, is the legal entity responsible for all collection and all processing of your personal data in connection with the products, services and websites of Audi Vietnam.</p> <p class="sc-prQdK hEyVX">&nbsp;</p> <p class="sc-prQdK hEyVX">Audi Vietnam is part of Pon Holdings B.V., its affiliates and its subsidiaries (“Pon”). <p class="sc-prQdK hEyVX">Personal data is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual (according to the GDPR, Regulation 2016/679/EU on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC) and in the form of symbols, text, numbers, images, sounds, or similar formats in an electronic environment that is associated with a specific individual or helps identify a specific individual,which includes basic personal data and sensitive personal data as stipulated under Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP (“PDPD”) on personal data protection. When you choose to register your personal data, contact us, or visit our websites, we will process some personal data about you. To verify your identity and confirm the validity of your driving authorization.&nbsp;</li> <li class="sc-pIjat kkXdPA">Data related to your devices, such as a MAC address, IP address, or other identification numbers.&nbsp;</li> <li class="sc-pIjat kkXdPA">Data we associate with certain patterns, such as a status in the profile we create based on your consumption behavior, like the frequency of your purchases or services used.&nbsp;</li> <li class="sc-pIjat kkXdPA">Browsing behavior, determined through our own observations, for instance using cookies or similar technologies,&nbsp;</li> <li class="sc-pIjat kkXdPA">Customer satisfaction data and data related to your use of our customer service. This includes submitted letters and emails, registration for newsletters online chat sessions, and phone calls you have with us, which may be recorded for training purposes of our staff.&nbsp;</li> <li class="sc-pIjat kkXdPA">In some cases, we receive or share your personal data with Audi AG [2] to enable our services or joint services, for example if you book a test drive or in case you enter into an agreement with us.&nbsp;</li> </ul>

<p class="sc-qXRQq dqzUY">We may process your personal data (i) manually; and/or (ii) automatically (by electronic means); and/or (iii) other methods in accordance with the GDPR, PDPD and other Vietnamese laws. Accordingly, one or more processing activities such as collecting, recording, analysing, confirming, storing, editing, publicising, combining, accessing, retrieving, revoking, encrypting, decoding, copying, sharing, transmitting, supplying, transferring, deleting, and destruction of personal data or other related actions may be implemented.</p> <p class="sc-qXRQq dqzUY">All personal data processing activities shall be carried out on the basis that the data subjects acknowledge and voluntarily consent on the processing and such processing is permitted by PDPD and the applicable laws such as the GDPR. <p class="sc-qXRQq dqzUY">You should be aware that Audi Vietnam is part of a business group within Pon and that departments (like IT, Marketing) can be located in Pon companies around the world. As a consequence, your personal data may be shared within and/or transferred to other business group companies or other Pon companies around the world.</p> <p class="sc-qXRQq dqzUY">&nbsp;</p> <p class="sc-qXRQq dqzUY">Audi Vietnam may share your personal data also with third parties to perform certain processing activities on behalf of Audi Vietnam and to facilitate services they provide to us. Audi Vietnam may also share your personal data to third parties, to permit them to send you marketing communications, consistent with your choices. Audi Vietnam requires these third parties to process and protect your personal data diligently and in accordance with PDPD and GDPR.
