What you’ll do:

Develop and implement Aftersales Marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers utilizing genuine maintenance and repair services across the Audi dealership network.
Develop and implement Service Marketing plans in alignment with Audi AG’s global strategy.
Shape and communicate the value proposition of Audi Aftersales Service to the dealership network and customers via social media channels.
Partner with CRM and dealership marketing teams to design and execute approved Aftersales marketing campaigns, driving parts, accessories revenue, and service market share.
Develop and implement KPI dashboards for Service Marketing; establish budgets and monitor campaign effectiveness.
Analyze data and stay ahead of market trends to continuously optimize performance and propose new service packages.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields. Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
Proven experience in Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service. Experience in automotive retail (dealership/showroom networks) is highly preferred.
Proficient in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Sharp market acumen and strong analytical thinking.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proactive and collaborative team spirit.

What you’ll do:

Develop and execute marketing plans for each showroom, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand direction.
Execute, monitor and report the effectiveness of test drive programs, roadshows and customer experience activations.
Manage and oversee marketing operations including quotations, POs, contracts, implementation progress and quality control.
Work closely with nationwide Sales teams, Dealer/Branch Managers and agencies to develop and implement dealer marketing activities and content, ensuring consistency between dealer communications and overall brand image and media presence.
Support the development of communication directions and key messages aligned with dealer marketing initiatives and product campaigns.
Track, evaluate and report campaign performance, conversion effectiveness and ROI on a regular basis to the Dealer Network Director.

Requirements:

College or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Communications, Events or Marketing-related roles.
Candidates with experience in the automotive industry or luxury/premium brands are highly preferred.
Good understanding of customer experience and retail marketing.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Strong execution and project management skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Experience or exposure to Media & PR is a strong advantage.

Job Objective:

Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all accounting data, source documents, and invoices in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and current tax regulations.
Optimize cash flow management, maintain tight control over Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and spare parts inventory data to minimize risk and loss.
Act as an effective assistant to the Chief Accountant and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) by providing transparent data for management reporting and strategic business planning.

Responsibilities:

1. Document Control & System Data Entry:

Verify and audit supporting documents to ensure legality, validity, and compliance with company policies and prevailing tax laws.
Input daily accounting transactions into the system in strict compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).

2. Invoice Management & Inventory Costing:

Thoroughly reconcile relevant documents and issue sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Calculate the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and inventory costs specifically for the spare parts category.

3. Cash & Warehouse Management:

Safeguard and take direct responsibility for the company's safe keys.
Prepare, complete, and manage all receipts and expenditures (payment/receipt vouchers); monitor and reconcile physical cash balances against accounting records on a regular basis.
Participate in monthly physical stocktakes, prepare inventory reports, and resolve discrepancies (if any).

4. Reporting & Archiving:

Organize, classify, file, and archive accounting documents systematically in compliance with legal regulations.
Assist the Chief Accountant in data collection, preparation of financial statements, and monthly management reports.

5. Other Duties:

Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directly requested by the CFO and Chief Accountant.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent position.
Prior experience working in Trading or Import-Export companies is preferred.
Basic English communication skills.
Deep understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and regulations.
Strong preference given to candidates with experience using foreign accounting software or global ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Meticulous, honest, highly responsible, with a strong commitment to financial data confidentiality.
