2. DEALER MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Working location : Audi Ho Chi Minh.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute marketing plans for each showroom, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand direction.
- Execute, monitor and report the effectiveness of test drive programs, roadshows and customer experience activations.
- Manage and oversee marketing operations including quotations, POs, contracts, implementation progress and quality control.
- Work closely with nationwide Sales teams, Dealer/Branch Managers and agencies to develop and implement dealer marketing activities and content, ensuring consistency between dealer communications and overall brand image and media presence.
- Support the development of communication directions and key messages aligned with dealer marketing initiatives and product campaigns.
- Track, evaluate and report campaign performance, conversion effectiveness and ROI on a regular basis to the Dealer Network Director.
Requirements:
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Communications, Events or Marketing-related roles.
- Candidates with experience in the automotive industry or luxury/premium brands are highly preferred.
- Good understanding of customer experience and retail marketing.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong execution and project management skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Experience or exposure to Media & PR is a strong advantage.

3. WARRANTY & SPARE PARTS SUPPORT
Working location : Audi Tan Binh
What you’ll do:
Warranty Administration & Recall Coordination:
- Process and monitor warranty claims
- Prepare warranty business reports via the BIFI system
- Implement and maintain warranty processes and policies in Vietnam
- Support training, guidance, implementation, and monitoring of warranty procedures
- Coordinate with dealers regarding warranty claim processing and related reports
- Review and validate warranty claims in accordance with Importer standards
- Coordinate technical and warranty-related issues between dealers and manufacturer
- Monitor warranty costs, manage warranty data, and prepare related reports
- Coordinate with authorities (VR / VAQ / MOIT / MRT) regarding Recall Campaign activities
- Deploy and follow up Recall Campaigns at dealer level
Support customer registration and implementation of recall campaigns.
Parts Administration & Import Support:
- Support checking and preparation of import/export customs clearance documents
- Coordinate and follow up imported shipments to ensure customs clearance is completed on schedule
- Monitor warehouse stock in/out procedures and goods labeling activities
- Support inventory checking and other warehouse-related tasks for spare parts.
Support other related tasks as assigned:
- Reporting & Other Assigned Tasks
- Prepare periodic reports and operational updates
- Perform other tasks assigned by Parts Manager & After Sales Manager
- Support cross-functional activities when required.
Requirements:
- College degree or above in Logistics, Import-Export, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive warranty and spare parts import-export
- Good understanding of customs clearance procedures and warranty processes
- Technical knowledge is an advantage
- Good English communication skills are preferred
- Careful, proactive, responsible, and able to work well in coordination with others.
