COVID-19

Ho Chi Minh City, March 28th, 2020

Re: Notice to stop temporarily to receive customers

Dear Customers,

In a time of crisis with the COVID-19 pandemic progressing globally, Audi Vietnam Importer and Dealer continue to put the health and safety of customers and staff first. On March 27th, 2020, Vietnam Prime Minister signed the Directive No. 15 / CT-TTg requesting to reinforce Covid-19 prevention during the peak phase period.

To comply with the Prime Minister's Directive and respond to measures to curb and control Covid-19 spread, Audi customers are informed that Audi Importer office in Ho Chi Minh City and Audi dealerships in Ho Chi Minh City, Danang and Hanoi will be temporary stop receiving customers from March 28th 2020. The expected time for us to re-open our operations to customers is April 23rd, 2020.

We are doing our utmost to assist you, thus Audi Vietnam Teams are now working in shifts from home and onsite. During this period, should you need urgently information or advice, please contact our staff on the following hotlines:

  • Audi Hanoi: 024 3768 5959
  • Audi Danang: 0905 912 368
  • Audi Ho Chi Minh City: 0909 677 688

We will provide you with full service as soon as the suspension period ends. At Audi Vietnam we manage up to 20,000 spare parts references. Yet due to flights cancellation, logistics restrictions plus national confinement policies suspending warehouses, parts supply may be disrupted. Longer service repair response time is to be expected, your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
