Audi Vietnam in partnership with Häfele to bring FC Bayern Legends to Vietnamese football fans

In Vietnam, Audi sports sponsoring supported basketball from the early days of Vietnam Basketball League up and is now extending to develop the sport with Audi Basketball League in North Vietnam schools. Since 2002 in Germany for example, Audi and record-holding champion FC Bayern Munich have enjoyed a successful partnership. And this summer, Audi Vietnam is delighted to be official transportation for FC Bayern Legends event in Vietnam especially for Mr. Giovane Elber, one of the top 10 stricker in FC Bayern’s history. The event is organized by Häfele Vietnam - the leading providers of hardware, furniture fittings, home appliances, kitchen & bathroom fittings and electronic looking systems to mark the 1st anniversary since Häfele Vietnam became an official partner of Germany’s leading football club in Asia Pacific.
The 45-minute futsal match where Giovane Elber led one team of four to compete against the team led by a legend of Vietnam National Footbal team – Nguyen Anh Duc – will definitely be one of the highlights.

Giovane Elber – the Samba Striker
Born in 1972 in Brazil, Giovane Elber joined FC Bayern in 1997 and is one of the most successful and most loved players in the club’s history. During six years of playing for the Bavarian team, he attended 266 games and scored 140 goals, including 92 in the Bundesliga. In fact, he played a key role in FC Bayern winning four Bundesliga titles (1999, 2000, 2001, 2003), four DFB Cups (1997, 1998, 2000, 2003), the 2001 Champion League, and the 2001 World Club Cup.
