Main tasks:

Greet all dealership visitors & customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with queries and passing to the relevant department or team member.
Manage the entrance & reception environment and ambience (e.g. lighting, temperature, general tidiness and cleanliness) in accordance with operational guidelines.
Answer all internal and external calls swiftly and direct them effectively.
Take care and look after the barista area. Keep the tools & facilities in the best condition.
Be in charge of monthly administrative tasks includes purchasing order, necessity inventory and payment Request.
Perform any other duties delegated by Office Manager.

Requirements:

Nice smile & soft voice.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same position.
Customer service mindset, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork and building relationship skills.
Ability to communicate in English at basic level (Preferred).

Main tasks:

Perform service repairs as per the work requests listed on the repair order, adhering strictly to the manufacturer's standards and guidelines.
Repair chassis, undercarriage, and perform disassembly/assembly for accident vehicle repairs.
Proficient in operating welding, hammering, and body straightening machinery and equipment.
